RS2 Helmet+
The original Rocksolid RS2 soft shell helmet, shown in official product photography. A rounded fabric-covered profile, open face and integrated ear coverage define the RS2.
DESIGN DIRECTION
Build the next chapter around the recognizable RS2 silhouette, a consistent team-color palette and refined fit and finishing.
MATERIALS
Official photography shows a fabric exterior and interior padding. Material grades, foam density and thickness must be confirmed from the production specification.
FIT
Confirm current size charts, head circumference ranges and retention instructions before enabling checkout.
VALIDATION
Publish only model-specific test reports and supported claims. Proposed changes need engineering review and validation; this photograph does not establish a rating.
RSS Shoulder Pad+
The original RSS shoulder pad, available in black only and shown in official Rocksolid photography. Diamond-pattern shoulder padding, a mesh torso and a broad front closure create its distinctive profile.
DESIGN DIRECTION
Retain the recognizable quilted shoulder pattern and soft construction, then develop premium fit, edge finishing and care details from the production pattern.
MATERIALS
Photography shows quilted textile-covered padding, mesh torso panels and a broad closure belt. Confirm all material specifications with the production team.
FIT
Confirm chest measurements, torso length, shoulder fit and the current size chart before enabling checkout.
VALIDATION
Confirm intended sport and league use, documented product tests and care instructions. Any redesigned version requires separate validation.
Padded Arm Sleeve+
A full-length arm sleeve concept with a gently pre-bent pattern and segmented soft padding centered over the elbow and proximal forearm. The inner elbow stays flexible and breathable.
DESIGN DIRECTION
A position-stable pad pocket and broad upper cuff; genuine elbow articulation rather than a flat padded rectangle wrapped around an arm.
MATERIALS
Fine-gauge nylon-elastane knit; candidate closed-cell EVA or tested viscoelastic foam islands; abrasion-resistant pad face; low-profile seams and broad gripper print.
FIT
Size by biceps, forearm and length; offer short/long studies. Check cuff comfort and pad alignment in flexion. Compression level is a fit variable, not a medical claim.
VALIDATION
Pad migration, flex-cycle fatigue, region-specific impact, turf abrasion, seam burst, gripper irritation, sweat, wash and recovery testing. Validate each intended sport separately.
Padded Leg Sleeve+
A full-length padded leg sleeve concept extending from the thigh to just above the ankle. An anatomical taper follows the calf, with articulated soft padding centered over the knee and a flexible rear-knee zone. The bottom is footless.
DESIGN DIRECTION
One continuous thigh-to-ankle sleeve with a stable upper cuff, long smooth calf section and localized knee cushioning. Official RS branding sits on the lower outer calf.
MATERIALS
Fine-gauge nylon-elastane knit, localized soft foam at the knee, abrasion-resistant pad-face textile and low-profile flat seams. Breathable rear flex zones, broad thigh gripper and a soft ankle opening; final materials and thickness follow sampling.
FIT
Size by thigh, calf and ankle circumferences plus full leg length. Study separate length options. Validate pad alignment through running and deep flexion, thigh-cuff comfort, ankle clearance, and calf fabric recovery without bunching.
VALIDATION
Evaluate knee-zone impact, pad migration over a full session, thigh-cuff retention, calf and ankle fit, flex fatigue, abrasion, wash and recovery. This is a padded garment concept; no orthopedic stabilization, circulation benefit or injury-prevention claim.
Lip-Guard Mouthpiece+
A football lip-guard mouthpiece concept with a broad oval soft shield, smooth rolled edge and central breathing opening. A Rocksolid-branded design direction informed by the Phenom Elite lip-guard format.
DESIGN DIRECTION
A smooth, cleanable one-piece form with restrained molded branding. Seven team-color options coordinate with the helmet palette; final color match requires approved physical masters.
MATERIALS
Candidate mouth-contact-grade EVA or soft TPE formulation, with qualified pigment masterbatches. Material grades, bite geometry, durometer and wall thickness remain engineering decisions. Silver is a molded satin-grey color, not chrome plating.
FIT
Develop the lip shield and integrated bite interface together. Verify lip coverage, oral retention, bite comfort and breathing with appropriately sized users. No universal-fit, braces-compatible or no-boil claim until validated.
VALIDATION
Validate oral-contact materials and each pigment formulation, tear/bite durability, small-part hazards, cleanability, conditioning, retention and sport-specific requirements with a qualified dental/protective-equipment specialist and lab. Do not assume competitor performance or compliance transfers to this design.
Padded Football Gloves+
A sleek football glove concept with a smooth stretch-textile backhand, slim fingers and discreet thin cushioning concealed beneath the knuckle fabric. A short adjustable cuff and grip palm keep the profile close to the hand.
DESIGN DIRECTION
A clean receiver-glove silhouette: subtle under-fabric cushioning, quiet seams and official RS branding. Seven colors coordinate with the full football palette.
MATERIALS
Candidate fine stretch-textile backhand with localized thin foam beneath a continuous face fabric, flexible finger gussets and a supplier-qualified thin silicone-coated synthetic grip palm. Final cushioning thickness, chemistry, bonds and tolerances require sampling.
FIT
Develop hand-length, palm-width and finger-length grading. Check ball feel, finger flexion, thumb reach and short-cuff retention; keep internal cushioning from bunching or restricting movement.
VALIDATION
Evaluate dry/wet grip, ball release, flex fatigue, abrasion, seam and pad bonds, pigment transfer and skin-contact materials. Confirm current sport and league glove requirements with a qualified lab. No certification, protective rating or competitor technology claim transfers to this concept.

Football Backplate+
DESIGN
A contoured football lower-back plate concept with sculpted polymer face, matching-color cushioned perimeter and two matching adjustable mounting straps. Offered in the same seven team colors as the football line.
MATERIALS
Candidate impact-modified thermoplastic face, closed-cell foam backing, abrasion-resistant covered edge and load-rated webbing. Final resin, foam stack, fasteners and dimensions follow engineering and sample tests.
COMPATIBILITY
For compatible tackle-football shoulder pads only. Develop a model-specific mounting matrix, fastener spacing and supported adjustment range. RS2 soft headgear and RSS soft shoulder pads have no approved accessory interface; compatibility is not established.

Football Visor+
DESIGN
A curved football eyeshield concept with a rounded lower edge, discreet lateral clips and small RS branding outside the central viewing area. Clear, Light Smoke, Dark Smoke, Silver Mirror, Royal Mirror and Gold Mirror finish studies.
MATERIALS
Candidate optical-grade polycarbonate with compatible abrasion-resistant and anti-fog coatings. Verify resin, thickness, curvature, chemical compatibility and all optical properties through testing; no UV or transmission rating is established.
