# Rocksolid Lacrosse — Elite design revision

The girls’ integrated headgear design is retained; its revision is a seven-color program. Design approval by the owner is distinct from equipment certification. All other product families receive refined construction, fit, materials and finishing directions. These are concepts; no claim of measured superiority over Cascade/Maverik is made.

Shared football palette: Royal, Navy, Kelly Green, Athletic Gold, Red, Silver, Black. Royal/black/light-grey is the presentation colorway; final color matching requires approved physical material masters.

## Competitive design references

[Cascade XRS Pro](https://cascademaverik.com/products/custhelm-xrspro) identifies sightlines, comfort and rear fit as product priorities. [Cascade/Maverik elite collection](https://cascademaverik.com/collections/elite) provides the helmet/protective-equipment market context. Rocksolid must validate its own assemblies independently.

## LX1 Elite Field Helmet

Low-profile continuous thermoplastic shell concept with narrow swept vents, integrated side rails, a full wire cage, separate padded chin cup, four-point retention and serviceable comfort interfaces. Exact materials, dimensions and assemblies require engineering.

Premium detail: Controlled low-profile shell surfacing, clean vent transitions, flush cage attachments and replaceable comfort interfaces. Evaluate rear adjustment access, full sightlines and finish durability in prototypes.

Fit: Grade circumference, crown depth, width and occipital fit independently. Evaluate vision, cage clearance and wet retention in each shell size.

Validation: System-level evaluation of shell, liner, faceguard, chin cup, straps and hardware against current NOCSAE lacrosse helmet/face-protector requirements; accredited testing and applicable SEI certification before sale. No certification is established by this concept.

## LX1 Youth Helmet

Dedicated youth shell/liner/cage/retention development, with accessible adjustment and a clear fit-check label. Shared visual identity with LX1; separately engineered geometry.

Premium detail: Dedicated youth shell and retention development with accessible adjustment and production-consistent edge finishing. Adult styling does not replace youth fit engineering.

Fit: Representative youth headform and athlete fit study with appropriate supervision. No universal age-only sizing or growth-to-fit promise.

Validation: System-level evaluation of shell, liner, faceguard, chin cup, straps and hardware against current NOCSAE lacrosse helmet/face-protector requirements; accredited testing and applicable SEI certification before sale. No certification is established by this concept. Youth configurations require their own validation.

## LX Shoulder System

Lacrosse-specific shoulder/clavicle/sternum coverage; candidate multi-layer central assembly, articulated soft shoulder caps and stretch side straps. Separate architecture from the RSS football pad.

Premium detail: Contoured layered sternum assembly, supple rounded shoulder caps, finely perforated interfaces and low-profile bound edges. Coverage and mobility drive each panel shape.

Fit: Chest size, torso length, shoulder breadth and full overhead stick reach. Check sternum coverage through movement.

Validation: Design and test the complete assembly to applicable current NOCSAE ND200 requirements, then complete required certification and production controls before sale. Do not treat foam thickness, a rigid sternum plate or a render as evidence of commotio-cordis protection.

## LX Attack Arm Guards

Three-piece biceps/elbow/forearm assembly with floating elbow cap, flex bellows, soft edge binding and broad retention cuffs.

Premium detail: Three-piece anatomical wrap, compact floating elbow cup, fine knit sleeve, concealed strap routing and soft flex bellows. Control gaps through a complete throwing motion.

## LXW Girls’ Integrated Headgear

Flexible sport-specific padded head covering with integrated protective eyewear, hair-friendly rear clearance and covered adjustment hardware. No men’s rigid face cage.

Premium detail: Retain the established flexible headgear, integrated wire eyewear, coverage and rear hair-clearance design. This revision changes its team colors only; engineering and certification status remain unchanged.

Fit: Women/girls fit studies across head shapes, ponytails, braids and hair volume; maintain required coverage independently of hair clearance.

Validation: Develop to current applicable ASTM F3137 headgear and ASTM F3077 eyewear standards; test/certify the complete integrated assembly through the applicable SEI program before sale. Confirm age, jurisdiction and league rules.

## LXW Protective Goggles

## LXW Field Gloves

Close-fitting stick-control glove with thin synthetic palm, minimal backhand padding, flexible fingers and short cuff. Separate from men’s bulky contact gloves.

Premium detail: Fine-gauge backhand, discreet knuckle cushioning, supple perforated synthetic palm and short flexible cuff. Fit and stick control take priority over decorative padding.

Fit: Hand-width and finger-length grading, stick release and wrist mobility; optional glove use subject to game rules.

Validation: Grip, abrasion, flex/seam durability, skin-contact materials and rule compatibility; no unsupported impact rating.

## LX Intraoral Mouthguard

Premium detail: Smooth cleanable oral geometry, restrained branding and qualified pigment candidates. Keep each color formulation and fitting process traceable.

Fit: Dental/protective-equipment specialist to define sizing, posterior coverage, bite geometry, retention and any fit process. Do not assume braces compatibility.

Validation: Confirm current game rules; oral-contact chemistry, pigment qualification, tear/bite durability, cleanability, retention and breathing evaluation. Silver shade needs visibility/rules review before use; no tooth graphics.

## LXG Goalie Helmet System

LX1-derived hard-shell/cage/chin-cup system developed with a separately attached throat protector; clear attachment and compatibility limits.

Premium detail: Shared refined LX1 shell language with a separately validated throat-guard attachment. Serviceable liner interfaces and clean retention hardware remain development priorities.

Fit: Goalie posture, head tilt, sightlines on low/high balls and throat coverage during rotation.

Validation: System-level evaluation of shell, liner, faceguard, chin cup, straps and hardware against current NOCSAE lacrosse helmet/face-protector requirements; accredited testing and applicable SEI certification before sale. No certification is established by this concept. Test the exact compatible throat-guard attachment; field certification does not establish accessory compatibility by itself.

## LXG Chest Protector

Dedicated goalie sternum/chest/abdomen assembly with padded neckline, articulated shoulders, wraparound fit and waist coverage; distinct from the field shoulder system.

Premium detail: Goalie-specific layered sternum and abdomen architecture, formed shoulder articulation, soft neckline and broad side adjustment. Clean textile-covered panels replace decorative hard-tile styling.

Fit: Torso-length and chest grading across men, women and youth goalie fits; assess crouch, overhead reach and below-navel coverage.

Validation: Design and test the complete assembly to applicable current NOCSAE ND200 requirements, then complete required certification and production controls before sale. Do not treat foam thickness, a rigid sternum plate or a render as evidence of commotio-cordis protection.

## LXG Goalie Gloves

Lacrosse goalie glove with developed thumb reinforcement, padded backhand and floating cuff over a thin stick-control palm; not soccer goalkeeper latex.

Premium detail: Rounded protective segmentation, compact separately developed reinforced thumb and floating cuff. Refine shaft grip and thumb clearance through physical samples.

Fit: Thumb positions and shaft grip across sizes; ensure the reinforcement does not force a harmful joint position.

Validation: Goalie-specific ball/stick contact, thumb loading, seam/bond durability, wrist mobility and abrasion. No hyperextension-prevention claim without evidence.

## LXG Leg + Pelvic System

Low-profile padded shorts with thigh/pelvic component study plus fitted shin protection. Separate component sizing and clear compatibility; not oversized box/hockey blockers.
